Boulders 50's Rock 'n' Roll began in 1993. It was the first group to have dance lessons followed by a social dance featuring Melbourne's local 50's bands. We still support all the bands along with a number of interstate rock 'n' roll bands. Boulders members travel the country in search of rock 'n' roll gigs, weekend festivals and hold dance demonstrations, weekly lessons, party nights, dances and social events. Boulders are the undefeated champions of the "Interclub Competitions" for the years of 1996.97.98, 99. Along with being the recipients of the Darebin Shire 'Australia Day 2004 - "Community Group Awards". Our aim is to continue to enjoy the world of rock 'n' roll, its music, its dance styles, its friendships.
